Free Delivery in 48 hrs

1.Free Delivery within 48 hrs is applicable only for the products purchased from Ultron Commerce Pvt Ltd through the website [https://store.in.panasonic.com/].

 

2.Above timeline commitment is valid only for the following deliverable city municipal limits i.e. Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Gurgaon, Faridabad, Gautam Budh Nagar/Noida, Ghaziabad, Greater Noida, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane, Greater Thane and Secunderabad. Any other city not eligible for the delivery.

 

3.There can be a possibility that the ordered product(s) are/is available in a different state/Warehouse of Ultron, in such a scenario the delivery time shall be greater than 48 hours.

 

4.Delivery terms are subject to business working days and business working hours of the Ultron.

 

5.Delivery is subject to state, national, local holiday(s) and any order issued by appropriate government/authority resulting in close down, curfew and lockdown etc.

 

6.Delivery timeline is subject to appointment time given by the Customer.

 

7.Delivery will depend upon the visiting hours applicable as per the society timings.

 

8.Delivery timeline is also subject to the “no entry time” of the respective city as prescribed by the road transport authority for plying commercial vehicle.

 

9.Loading & unloading constraints at the customer location such as absence of lift, small staircase etc. can delay the delivery timelines.

 

10.Delivery deadlines may get extended to a reasonable period if not met for reasons beyond our control, such as force majeure events as defined in terms and conditions.

 

11.Ultron reserves the right at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to modify, vary, curtail, withdraw and extend the delivery timeline or to replace this timeline by another.

 

12.The decision of Ultron with regard to the above will be final.

 

13.The Customer specifically waives any claim pertaining to delay in delivery of Products. Our delivery partners reserve the right to restrict delivery to specific locations or delivery facilities.

 

14.Any dispute with regard to the Delivery timeline is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi only.


Priority Installation within 24 hrs

1.Eligible product installation shall be applicable only for the products purchased from Ultron Commerce Pvt. Ltd. through the website [https://store.in.panasonic.com/] within 24 hrs. from the delivery date & time.

 

2.Above timeline commitment is valid only for the following deliverable city municipal limits i.e. Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Gurgaon, Faridabad, Gautam Budh Nagar/Noida, Ghaziabad, Greater Noida, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane, Greater Thane and Secunderabad. Any other city not eligible for the delivery.

 

3.Installation is subject to business working days and business working hours of Panasonic.

 

4.Upon delivery of the Product, the customer will receive a call from the Authorized Service Centre (ASC) to fix an appointment for installation. The customer may choose to assign a date of choice based on the customer’s requirement if it is more than 24 hours from the time of delivery of the product.

 

5.Installation timeline will start and will happen within 24hours from the time the call is received by the customer after delivery of the product to fix the appointment time. Timelines will also depend upon the appointment time given by the customer.

 

6.Panasonic will not be responsible for any delay if the phone number provided by the customer is not reachable, unanswered or is not correct.

 

7.Installation charges, as applicable, will be payable by the customer directly to the ASC representative(s).

 

8.Site readiness from the customer side would be required which include appropriate space, additional arrangements required to complete the installation such as power-point/MCB fitting or any other electrical work etc. Panasonic will not be responsible for any delay on the part of the customer in this regard.

 

9.If the installation site is found not to be appropriate by the ASC’s engineer, engineer will suggest a alternate site option for installation. However, customer’s demand will be addressed appropriately.

 

10.In case of abnormal location of installation, arrangements like ladder, staircase, tables etc. would be required and will be arranged by the customer only. This may lead to delay in installation.

 

11.If any additional material is required and the customer wants to procure by himself, delay in procurement may further delay the completion of installation.

 

12.Installation is subject to state, national, local & weekly market holiday(s) and any order issued by appropriate government/authority resulting in close down, curfew, lockdown etc.

 

13.Installation deadlines may get extended to a reasonable period, if not met for reasons beyond our control, such as force majeure events as defined in terms and conditions.

 

14.Panasonic reserves the right at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to modify, vary, curtail, withdraw and extend the installation timeline or to replace this timeline by another.

 

15.The decision of Panasonic with regard to the above will be final.

 

16.Any dispute with regard to the timeline is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi only.
