Detailed Terms & Conditions – Comprehensive Warranty (1+4 Years) for Inverter Split Air Conditioner Models
Warranty Period
The Warranty Period mentioned in the above table, is valid from the date of purchase (as per original purchase invoice) of the product purchased within offer period - 11th Aug’25 ~ 28th Feb’26 only.
Warranty Terms
1. Warranty offer is applicable for Panasonic Inverter Split AC Models (2024/2025 Series), subject to product purchased by customer during specified time-period: 11th Aug'25 ~ 28th Feb’26.
2. 1 + 4 years warranty offer is applicable for Parts – PCB, Motors, Evaporator / Condenser Coil. Gas (Refrigerant) charging cost for Evaporator / Condenser coils shall be payable by company under this offer in case of part replacement only.
3. 1 + 9 years warranty offer is applicable for Compressor. Gas (Refrigerant) charging cost for Compressor shall be payable by company under this offer in case of part replacement only for 2nd ~ 5th year from the date of invoice. From 6th ~ 10th year, only part cost shall be payable by company and gas (Refrigerant)charging will be on chargeable basis.
4. Visit Charges/Labour/Transport & any Other Incidental misc. charges shall be additional & need to be paid by customer post completion of 1st year from the date of invoice.
5. For Evaporator / Condenser coils, part change shall be applicable for only for Coil leakage cases. Other environmental Failures like fins colour change / Fins Press / any other issues which are not affecting performance shall not be covered under this warranty offer. The decision of the Company will be final in this regard.
6. Defective parts shall be replaced with a new part, only if they cannot be repaired. The decision of the Company will be final in this regard.
7. Warranty offer shall stand to be void if product is opened / repaired by any unauthorized service person/ centre at any point of time during the applicable warranty period and the unit shall be declared as tampered and no further warranty shall be applicable on such unit.
8. Transportation of complete product if required shall be charged extra during warranty period.
9. Warranty offer is non-transferable & is applicable only for the first purchaser only.
10. The company reserves the right to withdraw or change warranty offer at its sole discretion at any point of time.
11. Warranty offer shall be applicable from the date of purchase by customer and irrespective of the usage of AC and shall automatically expire once the stipulated period is over.
12. Warranty offer is not applicable for any Institutional buying / bulk buying / developer’s buying - for quantity exceeding more than 5 units at one time.
13. Warranty offer is applicable for the buying of Panasonic Inverter Split Air conditioners from Authorized channel partners (Ecom/D2C/Retail/SSD Dealers/Exclusive stores/Other GT channels) only.
14. Inclusion / Exclusion of any models under warranty offer is under sole discretion of company.
15. Warranty offer is applicable only if the AC purchased (during warranty offer period – 11th Aug’25 ~ 28th Feb’26) is installed by a Panasonic Authorized service centre or Panasonic Authorized Sales & Service dealer/PAW.
16. Warranty offer is applicable if Preventive Maintenance Services (on chargeable basis post competition of 1st year) during the applicable warranty period shall be done by Panasonic Authorized service centre / Panasonic Authorized Sales & Service dealer/PAW only. Customers are advised to avail 2 Preventive maintenance Service yearly to claim promotional Warranty. The warranty shall be void if the failure is due to lack of proper preventive maintenance of the unit.
17. All other terms & conditions shall remain the same as mentioned in operation manual of the product except of those covered above.
18. This warranty shall not apply with respect to the Products or any part thereof which has been subject to:
- The product is used in harsh outdoor ambient conditions;
- Any accident or damage during transit; mishandling, unauthorized modifications, input voltage beyond specifications, riots, commercial use, lightning, use contrary to the operations specified in the user’s manual supplied with the Product/unit, Alteration;
- Unit/part(s) Serial No. mutilated, defaced or altered or any damage arising out of unauthorized modification or alteration, repair or use of the Product;
- Damage due to fire, flood or similar occurrences, input voltage beyond specifications;
- Damage due to presence of any foreign object or living creature (eg. Rat, lizard, insect, ants, etc.) inside the Product unit;
- Use of harmful chemicals; Improper heat load, Usage of unit in an abnormally corrosive alkaline / acidic / higher sulphuric concentration atmosphere;
- Any change or defect resulting due to improper maintenance; any use contrary to the operations specified in the user manual supplied with the Product; damage or loss arising out of mishandling or incurred during transit.
19. Warranty offer will not be applicable for any other any other parts (like air filters, all plastic parts, all sheet metal parts, remote controllers, any consumables, other electric parts, valves, capillary etc.) except the ones mentioned above.
